How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please visit our Return Center. Begin the process by entering the email associated with your order.

Notre reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address or issued store credit minus a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. Original shipping is not returned.

Customers have 17 days from shipment date to open a return via our return center.

Final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit. "Final Sale" information can be found on the individual product pages. If an item is Final Sale, red text will confirm this.

International
Please email info@notre-shop.com to process your return. You must initiate a return within 14 days of your shipping date.

International packages marked return to sender or refused will receive store credit (minus a 15% restocking fee). Original shipping is not returned.

 

Refunds 
A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 business days of Notre receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

 

Frenzy Orders 
Frenzy
Orders placed via Frenzy are not eligible for cancellation/returns/exchanges. Frenzy orders marked return to sender/refused/abandoned will be issued store credit via electronic giftcard minus a 15% restocking fee.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Note: Beginning January 2020, Notre will no longer be shipping Nike and Jordan products outside of the USA.

Notre offers free returns within the continental United States. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

To receive a refund for your return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Initiate a return within 14 days of your shipping date
  • In original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including, but not limited to, lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag, original shoe box and any other included materials (such as hangtags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. All original shoe boxes must be placed inside a shipping box in order to qualify for a return or exchange. 

Final Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit. Final Sale items include, but are not limited to, socks, publications, apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products, garment care products, etc...) and any items marked Final Sale.

Defective Items/Incorrect Orders

Customers must submit evidence of defects or notify us of incorrect orders within the return window.
