Cancellations

Notre is not able to cancel an order after it has been placed.

Sizing
Shoe sizes are listed in United States Men's sizing unless otherwise noted. If a shoe uses US Women's sizing, it will be indicated in the product name and description. If there are any questions regarding shoe sizing, please do not hesitate to contact Notre.

Box Damage
Shoe boxes exist to protect the shoes within. Notre is unable to guarantee the condition of the box.

Privacy
By submitting your email for order transactions or other fields located within notre-shop.com you are automatically enrolled in our email list. You can choose to unsubscribe to our email list at anytime. Notre respects your privacy and is committed to not selling your name or personal information.

Tax
All orders shipped outside of the USA are subject to duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for paying this. Sales tax is charged on all orders shipped within Illinois at the local rate.

Availability
Notre does not guarantee the availability of items listed on notre-shop.com. If Notre or notre-shop.com is out of stock on an item you ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible via email. Depending on vendor availability and season-to-season availability, sold out items may not be restocked. Placing an order with notre-shop.com does not establish a binding contract, orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, credit card errors or declinations, suspicion of fraudulent activity, etc...

Frenzy
Orders placed via Frenzy are not eligible for cancellation/returns/exchanges. Frenzy orders marked return to sender/refused/abandoned will be issued store credit via electronic giftcard minus a 15% restocking fee.

$15.00 Limited release shipping may apply to your Frenzy order.

International customers are responsible for their own duties and taxes when completing a Frenzy order.

Lost Packages
Lost/stolen packages will be reimbursed via electronic store credit. This is issued via giftcard. 

Pricing
Notre and notre-shop.com do not offer price adjustments on past purchases if those items are marked down or promoted later in the season. During the course of online promotions and sales notre-shop.com may experience a high volume of orders; our real-time inventory system sometimes may not reflect up-to-the-minute inventory and may result in an order cancellation due to low or no inventory. We reserve the right at any time to correct product pricing and/or descriptions and to cancel or refuse any order based on an incorrect price or description.
